3 Age Restriction and Identity Verification

4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals
betjili offers deposit and withdrawal services through the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh.
5.1 Payment Methods
Accepted methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit and withdrawal for each method is ৳500.
5.2 Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in the name of the account holder.
- Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
- After a deposit, it may take some time for the balance to become active.
5.3 Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Before withdrawing any bonus funds, the wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; wagering required is ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific claim period — once expired, the bonus is cancelled.
- Winnings from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Opening multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent activity to take advantage of bonuses will result in all bonuses and winnings being cancelled.
- betjili reserves the right to change or cancel promotional terms at any time.
- Rules about holding multiple active bonuses at the same time will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
6.3 Right to Decline Bonuses
betjili reserves the right to decline any member's bonus request with or without reason, particularly where there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
7 Betting and Gaming Rules
All gaming and betting activity on the betjili platform is conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by third-party verifiable Random Number Generators (RNG).
7.1 Bet Acceptance
betjili reserves the right to cancel any bet placed due to a technical error or incorrect odds. For bets completed at clearly incorrect odds, the original stake will be returned.
7.2 Cricket and Sports Betting
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally cancelled and stakes are returned.
- In live betting, odds may change due to network delays.
- In the event of a dispute over a match result, betjili's decision is final.
7.3 Slots and Casino Games
All slot and live casino games operate according to their published RTP (Return to Player) figures. Each game session is independent and previous results do not affect the next round.
8 Prohibited Activities
